Asdrubal Cabrera's bases-loaded single in the 11th inning gave the Cleveland Indians a 5-4 win over the Minnesota Twins on Saturday night.

Travis Hafner started the rally with a leadoff walk from Alex Burnett (0-1). Luis Valbuena pinch-ran and went to third on Jhonny Peralta's double. Russell Branyan was intentionally walked to load the bases.

After Mark Grudzielanek flew out and Lou Marson struck out, Cabrera singled to right on a 1-1 pitch to score Valbuena.

Jamey Wright (1-1) got out of a bases-loaded jam in the top of the inning when Drew Butera hit into a double play.

The Indians trailed 4-2 going into the eighth, but tied the game against Matt Guerrier. Grady Sizemore had an RBI double and Shin-Soo Choo drove in a run with a single.

Jeff Manship allowed two runs and six hits in six innings for the Twins in his first start since he was called up from Triple-A Rochester on Friday.

Jim Thome drove in two runs in the first with a bases-loaded single. Denard Span hit his first homer of the season in the second, a solo shot to right and Justin Morneau added a solo homer in the eighth.

Peralta homered for the Indians in the second.
