Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit a go-ahead two-run double in a six-run ninth inning, and the visiting Toronto Blue Jays came back to defeat the Baltimore Orioles 10-7 Saturday afternoon.

The Blue Jays, who had two home runs from Marcus Semien and one from Guerrero, overcame three home runs by Baltimore's Ryan Mountcastle and two from Cedric Mullins to end a five-game losing streak.

The teams have split the first two games of the three-game series.

Bo Bichette's two-out bloop single against Tyler Wells tied the game after he had fouled off five pitches with two strikes and two out. Randal Grichuk added an RBI double.

The rally started when Paul Fry (0-2) allowed a walk and two singles before walking Semien with the bases loaded and two out. Wells was brought in but could not hold the lead.

Jordan Romano (4-1) allowed two hits and one walk in two innings while striking out three to get the win.

Mountcastle, who also singled in going 4-for-4, had four RBIs, while DJ Stewart added a solo homer for the Orioles.

Baltimore's first six hits were home runs, a first in franchise history.

Toronto starter Alek Manoah allowed five runs and four hits -- all homers -- in 3 1/3 innings despite six strikeouts. He was ejected in the three-run fourth after he hit Maikel Franco with a pitch and the benches cleared.

Baltimore starter Dean Kremer allowed two runs, three hits and three walks while striking out six in six innings.

Semien homered to lead off the first inning and Guerrero hit his 23rd homer this season with one out two batters later.

Mountcastle homered in the second and Mullins went deep in the third to tie the game.

Mountcastle smacked a two-run homer in the fourth. Stewart then followed with his seventh homer. Franco was hit by a pitch and the benches cleared and Manoah was ejected. Anthony Kay took over.

Mountcastle hit another homer, his 12th, in the sixth.

Toronto scored once in the seventh against Tanner Scott, plating a run on a double-play ball.

Mullins hit his 13th homer of the season -- and fourth of the series -- in the bottom of the seventh.

Semien homered for the second time in the eighth, this time against Hunter Harvey, for his 18th of the season.
