Felton had 28 points and 11 assists. His game-winner bounced on the rim several times and off the backboard before falling through the net.
Stoudemire scored 30 or more points for the sixth straight contest as New York (14-9) won for the 11th time in 12 games. Stoudemire also had 14 rebounds.
Andrea Bargnani scored a career-best 41 points with seven rebounds and six assists for Toronto (8-14). He hit 16-of-24 shots but missed a desperation 35-footer that could have forced overtime.

Bargnani tied the game with a 3-pointer with 28 seconds left prior to Felton’s game-winning shot.
