Blake Griffin set a franchise record with his 23rd consecutive double-double and Eric Gordon added 25 points as the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Golden State Warriors 105-91 on Sunday at Staples Center.

Griffin continued his remarkable rookie season with 23 points and 12 rebounds. He has scored at least 20 points in 12 consecutive games.

Clippers point guard Baron Davis also posted a double-double with 17 points and 11 assists, and center DeAndre Jordan narrowly missed one with nine points and 13 rebounds.

The Clippers (12-24), who have won seven of their last 10 games after losing 17 of their previous 21, closed the second quarter on a 21-4 run to build a 14-point halftime lead and didn't trail in the second half.

Dorell Wright scored 27 points to lead the Warriors (15-22) while leading scorer Monta Ellis, who entered the game ranking third in the NBA with 25.6 points per game, was limited to 13 points on 4-of-19 shooting.
