Kevin Durant scored 21 points and James Harden added 20 to lead the host Oklahoma City Thunder to a 108-96 win over the San Antonio Spurs on Sunday night.
The Thunder (8-2) became the first team in the NBA this season to win all three games in a back-to-back-to-back stretch. The sixth team to play three games in three nights, Oklahoma City defeated Houston on both Friday and Saturday.
San Antonio (6-3) had won all three games since Manu Ginobili broke his left hand last week, but fell behind by double figures early in the second quarter. The Spurs cut the lead to three shortly after halftime before the Thunder took charge.
Durant and Russell Westbrook combined to score 21 points in a run that gave Oklahoma City a 91-67 lead late in the third quarter. The lead reached 25 points and both teams played their reserves for most of the final quarter.
Gary Neal led San Antonio with 18 points while Richard Jefferson added 13. Nick Collison record a double-double for the Thunder with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Westbrook added 13 points.
