Bucks 95, Mavericks 90: Monta Ellis scored 11 of his 22 points in the fourth quarter as visiting Milwaukee snapped a three-game losing streak.
J.J. Redick had 14 points off the bench and Larry Sanders added 13 points and 13 rebounds as the Bucks won for only the second time in their last 10 games in Dallas.
Dirk Nowitzki had 21 points and 20 rebounds and O.J. Mayo added 18 points for the Mavericks, who led by seven points near the midway point of the fourth quarter.
A pair of free throws by Mayo gave Dallas an 80-73 lead with 6:48 to play, but Milwaukee responded with an 8-0 run to go ahead by a point. The Mavericks fought back to take an 88-83 lead before Ellis took over.
Ellis converted a three-point play and had a steal to set up Mike Dunleavy's tying basket. He hit two free throws before putting the Bucks ahead to stay 92-90 with a pull-up jumper with 63 seconds remaining. Ersan Ilyasova hit three of four free throws to ice it.
GAME NOTEBOOK: Dunleavy scored 13 points for the Milwaukee, which prevailed despite getting manhandled on the backboards 56-39. ... Nowitzki had his third straight 20-point game and registered back-to-back double-doubles for the first time this season. ... The Bucks suspended C Samuel Dalembert for Tuesday's game for an undisclosed violation of team rules, which the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported was due to being late for the team's shootaround earlier in the day.
