Stanford 75, UC Davis 52: Dwight Powell scored all 20 of his points in the second half and grabbed seven rebounds as the Cardinal dominated the visiting Aggies.

Josh Huestis had 14 points and nine rebounds and Chasson Randle added 12 points for Stanford (7-3), which won despite shooting just 37.3 percent from the field and 24.1 percent (7-of-29) from 3-point range.

J.T. Adenrele paced UC Davis (1-6) with a career-high 23 points and Corey Hawkins finished with 10 points on 3-for-14 shooting. The Aggies were outrebounded 37-29 and shot 35.8 percent while shooting 18.8 percent (3-for-16) from beyond the arc.

UC Davis cut the lead to 40-33 when Adenrele scored with 17:51 remaining, but Stanford answered with a 28-11 run to put the game out of reach. The Aggies were blown out for the first time after losing each of their first five games by fewer than 10 points.

Powell battled early foul trouble and sat for much of the first half before sparking Stanford's second-half surge. Playing their first game in 13 days because of finals, the Cardinal committed only nine turnovers.
