Gabriel Landeskog collected one goal and two assists to lead the league-leading Colorado Avalanche to a 4-1 road victory over the Anaheim Ducks on Sunday in Anaheim, Calif.

The three-point game gives Landeskog 500 points in his career.

Andre Burakovsky, Ryan Graves and Nathan MacKinnon also scored for the Avalanche, while goaltender Jonas Johansson made 24 saves in the win. Johansson, who recorded a 28-save shutout against the Ducks on Friday, has a 3-0-1 record since being acquired from the Buffalo Sabres via trade. Johansson posted a 0-5-1 record this season while in Buffalo before being acquired for a sixth-round draft choice.

The Avalanche, who finished the season series against Anaheim with a 6-1-1 mark, have won two straight and are riding a 15-1-2 run.

Jamie Drysdale replied for Anaheim, while John Gibson stopped 33 shots for the Ducks, who sit last in the West Division and have just one win in their last six games (1-4-1).

Seconds after Johansson made a pair of saves that denied Max Jones of what appeared to be a sure goal, Burakovsky opened the scoring with his 12th goal of the season and third in four games. After Burakovsky stole the puck in the slot, he fired a short-side wrister at the 7:47 mark of the first period.

It's the 29th time in 41 games this season the Avalanche have scored the game's first goal, tops in the league. Colorado has a 24-3-2 mark in that scenario.

Landeskog doubled the lead in the second period during a five-on-three power play. The Colorado captain was in the slot when he redirected MacKinnon's point shot for his 14th tally of the season at 6:35 of the middle frame.

With his assist, MacKinnon extended his point streak to nine games, the league's longest active streak, in which he's netted six goals and 15 points.

Johansson's shutout bid was spoiled with 7:23 remaining in regulation when Drysdale, Anaheim's sixth overall draft pick in 2020, sent a long shot that ricocheted off a Colorado defender and into the net for his second career marker.

However, Graves restored Colorado's two-goal lead 96 seconds later with a long shot that banked off a pair of Anaheim defenders, and then MacKinnon rounded out the scoring with a nifty redirect with 3:06 remaining.
